Michael R. Harbut, MD, MPH is a Board-Certified Specialist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases caused by environmental and workplace exposures.
A published researcher and faculty member of the Wayne State University School of Medicine, Dr. Harbut is Chief of Occupational and Environmental Medicine at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, where he was trained in Internal Medicine prior to his sub-specialty training at the University of Michigan.
Each year, Dr. Harbut has approximately 3200 patient "contacts" with persons who are ill as a result of toxic exposures, making him nationally one of the most experienced physicians in his field.
